1. Information We Collect
We collect personal identity data required for financial KYC compliance, including full name, NIN, BVN, verified residential address, phone number, email address, and employment details. When you bid on live auctions or apply for lease financing, we also collect transaction metadata and automated device identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to: (a) Verify your identity and score credit affordability; (b) Process automated lease repayments; (c) Authenticate live auction bids; (d) Transmit certified release authorizations to merchant suppliers; and (e) Comply with CBN and NDPR statutory reporting obligations.
3. Data Encryption & Security Standards
All sensitive identity data (including NIN slips and BVN tokens) is encrypted both in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 military-grade encryption. Payment card details are never stored on our servers; card tokenization is managed entirely by PCI DSS Level 1 certified gateways.
4. Third-Party Sharing & Vendor Limits
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Limited identity details are shared strictly with certified merchant suppliers and licensed credit reference bureaus to fulfill your approved lease orders and report repayment credit history.
5. Your Rights Under NDPA / GDPR
You retain full legal rights to: (a) Request a copy of your personal data stored on our platform; (b) Request correction of inaccurate information; (c) Request erasure of data where retention is not mandated by banking regulations; and (d) Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
